Stretches to Relieve Pelvic Pain

Hi friends!

I am so excited to teach you guys some simple, at-home exercises that will help you to relieve any general low back pain, pelvic pain or hip pain that you may be having! I do want to make it clear that these are some “catch all” exercises that ideally will help you to find some relief from any discomfort you may be having following breastfeeding, a hard workout, sitting for long periods of time, etc. The idea is to complete these exercises consistently on a daily basis to allow the muscles to lengthen and release any underlying tension. I am not saying that this will completely take away all the pain/discomfort, but it could help to relieve it!

  • Butterfly Stretch

    • 2 reps, 1 sets, 30 seconds

  • Happy Baby

    • 2 reps, 1 sets, 30 seconds

  • Piriformis Stretch

    • 2 reps, 1 sets, 30 seconds

  • Child’s Pose With Knees Wide

    • 2 reps, 1 sets, 30 seconds

  • Cat / Cow

    • 1 reps, 1 sets, 2 minute
